And thanks for sharing the results of your research Matthew.
This information should help to clear up some of the misinformation surrounding the modern history of the stones, and I'm looking forward to part 2.

I'll be interested in learning how,exactly and by whom, the set of four stones came into the possession of the Flagg Foundation. That process is still unclear, especially since there seems to be no evidence of a court or other official order. Mike M. had reported some time back, that two sets of stones....one set original, and one of stone copies...existed in that time frame. That Mitchell had caved in to the others demands by giving them two copied stones and two originals, which makes some sense to me.
