Spent a =wonderful= 7 days and 6 nights in the Mojave Preserve and surrounding area. Thought I had missed the bloom but I was wrong. Found fields of desert lilies, fragrant sand verbena and others, wild burros, insects, reptiles, at least 4 tortoise, and areas so green and filled w flowers it truly felt like a garden. Have some plants and animals I would like help identifying. I will have full day by day gallery up on my site in a few days.
