Buying/Selling Items question

Just curious if these forums accepted requests to buy/sell/trade items. Didn't want to break the rules and post without checking, also wasn't sure where a post like that would go if it were allowed. Without saying too much I'd like to find out about buying and trading treasure newspapers and tabloid-style materials. Thanks in advance...
