A pair of desert rattlesnakes

These are my captives. The blue/white one is a speckled rattlesnake and the brown is a Sonoran sidewinder. They share a cage together.

Verbal commands don't work, so we communicate with hand signals.

Lucky you – because they're pit vipers – you can even communicate with then in total darkness.

Any commands other than "Rattle and Hum" ...I mean strike, they probably don't hum?
