It is really starting to get nice out here now. Some of the desert ground flowers are beginning to bloom. We had quite a bit of rain this year and the flowers are loving it. I live at 2600 ft. so it it still not blooming up here but I guess the bottom desert is getting pretty. I love Spring !!!

I have lived here in the desert for almost 20 years and this is probably the most snow I have seen in 10 years. It sure was beautiful and THANK GOD it didn't last very long.

The snow didn't stick. I turned some of the garden yesterday. You have some nice historical photos on your site. I retired from the University of Tulsa in 2004. When I lived there and wanted to go out and play I would often go to the Buffalo River up near Ponca. The problems there were mosquitoes and humidity Loved the whitewater and caves there.
